Welcome to DealerInvoice ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you understand how your information is handled when you use our mobile application ("App").

This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection, use, and disclosure. By using DealerInvoice, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

DealerInvoice is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not:

• Collect any personal information
• Track your location
• Access your contacts, photos, or other personal data
• Use third-party analytics services
• Display advertisements
• Sell or share any data with third parties
• Create user accounts on our servers
• Transmit your business data to our servers

3. Data Storage

Local Storage

All data you enter into DealerInvoice—including customer information, vehicle details, sales records, and company information—is stored locally on your device using Apple's Core Data framework.

iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service.

• Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Only you can access your iCloud data
• We have no access to your iCloud data
• Apple's privacy policy applies to iCloud storage

4. Third-Party Services

Apple iCloud / CloudKit

Used for optional data synchronization. We cannot access this data. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

Apple StoreKit

Used for in-app purchases. Apple handles all payment processing. We do not have access to your payment information.

Apple Push Notifications

Used for local reminders. These notifications are generated locally on your device.

5. Biometric Authentication

DealerInvoice supports Face ID and Touch ID:

• Biometric data is processed by Apple's Secure Enclave
• We never access, store, or transmit your biometric data
• Your biometric data never leaves your device

6. Data You Enter

• Business Information: Company name, address, ABN/ACN, LMCT, bank details
• Customer Information: Names, addresses, contact details
• Vehicle Information: Make, model, VIN, registration
• Sales Records: Transaction amounts, dates, payment methods
• Expense Records: Amounts, categories, receipt images

This data remains entirely under your control.

7. Data Sharing

• PDF Export: You control where invoices are sent
• CSV Export: You control where data is saved
• Backup/Restore: You control your backups entirely

8. Data Security

• Apple's device-level encryption
• Optional biometric authentication
• iCloud encryption for synced data
• iOS sandboxing

9. Children's Privacy

DealerInvoice is a business application not designed for children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.

11. Your Rights

• Access: View all your data within the app
• Export: Export as PDF or CSV
• Delete: Delete any or all data
• Portability: Use backup feature to transfer data
