Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DealerInvoice mobile application ("App") operated by AAG Studios ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or business use. This license does not include:

• Modifying, reverse engineering, or decompiling the App
• Renting, leasing, or lending the App
• Using the App for unlawful purposes
• Removing proprietary notices or labels

2. App Description

DealerInvoice is designed for vehicle dealers to:

• Create and manage vehicle sales records
• Generate professional PDF invoices
• Track sales performance and analytics
• Store customer and vehicle information
• Track business expenses
• Sync data via iCloud

3. Account and Access

DealerInvoice does not require an account with us. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining device security
• Keeping Apple ID credentials secure
• All activities on your device
• Ensuring data accuracy

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Pricing

• Monthly: $9.99 AUD/month
• Yearly: $79.99 AUD/year
• Lifetime: $199.99 AUD one-time

Subscription Terms

• Payment charged to Apple ID at purchase
• Auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before period end
• Manage subscriptions in App Store settings

Refunds

All purchases processed by Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain data confidentiality
• Comply with applicable laws

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of your data. You are responsible for:

• Data accuracy and legality
• Maintaining backups
• Privacy law compliance for customer data

7. Intellectual Property

The App is owned by AAG Studios and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

9. Limitation of Liability

AAG STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AAG Studios from claims arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may terminate access for Terms violations. Your data remains on your device.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Australian law. Disputes resolved in New South Wales courts.

14. Apple's Terms

You also agree to Apple's EULA.
